T’s & C’s - WIN A JACK DANIEL’S BRANDED AT HOME BAR (the “Promotion”)

1. This Promotion is open to Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over only, excluding employees of Edward Dillon & Co. Ltd, their families, agents, friends and anyone else connected with this Promotion.

2. No purchase necessary. To enter the Promotion, simply free text ‘JACK DANIEL’S & YOUR AGE’ to 50100. Proof of texting is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.

3. Only one text entry per person is allowed. Attempted additional entries will not be included in the Promotion.

4. The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 31.08.21. Entries received after this date will not be included in the Promotion.

5. The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries and notified by 07.09.21.

6. The winners will be contacted by Edward Dillon & Co. Ltd, Block P7, East Point Business Park, Fairview, Dublin 3, on the telephone number used to enter the Promotion by 07.09.21.

7. There are a total of eight (8) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of:

a. Winner’s Prize: 1x Jack Daniels’s branded home bar worth €2,000, 1 x Jack® & Coke® kit gift wrapped and delivered to your given address free of charge, Jack Daniel’s merchandise and 1 x €100 SuperValu gift card. All items delivered to your chosen address free of charge.

b. Secondary Prize: 1x Jack Daniel’s package up to the value of €50, 1 x €50 Supervalu gift card, gift wrapped and delivered to your given address free of charge.

8. Winners will be notified by telephone or email. All winners must confirm their date of birth with a valid photographic ID (passport or driving license) and provide a delivery address where they can receive signed deliveries, on the day of being notified. Failure to confirm within this time will result in the prize being forfeited and another winner being selected.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any of the available prizes on offer to any winner who is unable to verify their age. Failure to verify age correctly will result in the Promoter re-issuing the prizes to other valid entrants.

10. If the winner does not claim their prize within 3 working days there will be one round of reselection for replacement winners.

11. The prize will be sent to the winners within 10 working days of validating their identity and confirmation of delivery address. All deliveries must be signed for by an adult of 18 years or over.

12. The prizes are as stated and non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable for any reason. Prizes may differ from the visuals shown, however actual prizes will be of at least equal value. If the prize arrives damaged during transit the Promoter will replace the prize with the same prize if stocks are available or, a prize of similar value with proof of delivery and photographic proof of damage sent by email to [email protected]

13. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control. This Promotion and these terms are governed by Irish law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. The decision of the Promoter in all matters connected to this draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The Promoter does not accept any liability for loss or damages incurred, or responsibility for any claim, except for those liabilities that are unable to be limited by law, as a result of acceptance of the Prize.

16. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion. The terms and conditions of the Promoter’s agents and third party contractors involved in the provision of the prize apply. The Promoter shall bear no liability in relation to the service provided by these third parties.

17. Any personal information given in conjunction with this Promotion shall only be stored for a period of 6 weeks and will thereafter be destroyed.
