T’s & C’s - WIN A VIP SLANE DISTILLERY EXPERIENCE (the “Promotion”)

This Promotion is open to Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over only, excluding employees of Edward Dillon & Co. Ltd, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this Promotion.
No purchase necessary. To enter the Promotion, simply free text ‘SLANEWHISKEY & YOUR AGE’ to 50100. Proof of texting is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
Only one text entry per person is allowed. Attempted additional entries willnot be included in the Promotion.
The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 31.04.21. Entries received after this date will not be included in the Promotion.
The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries and notified by 07.05.21.
The winners will be contacted by Edward Dillon & Co. Ltd, Block P7, East Point Business Park, Fairview, Dublin 3, on the telephone number used to enter the Promotion by 31.04.21. If an original winner proves uncontactable or does not confirm that he or she wishes to claim the prize after five working days or if the Promoter reasonably believes that the winner has breached these terms and conditions, an alternative winner will be drawn and the prize awarded to them. Upon acceptance of their win, the winners will be given all details of their prize.
There is one prize available nationwide consisting of:
1. Overnight glamping accommodation in Rock Farm, Slane Co. Meath for the winner and three guests;
2. 1 x De-constructed Slane Distillery Tour for the winner and three guests
3. 1 x Cocktail each in Slane Distillery Bar for the winner and three guests
4. Three course meal in Slane Castle on the night of stay
The winner and guests shall be responsible for travel to and from Rock Farm from their residence together with all additional expenses including spending money and any insurance required.
The winner and guests will need to provide satisfactory evidence that they are all aged 18 years or over before receiving the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to choose a secondary winner if the original winner cannot verify their age as being over 18.
The Promoter will book and pay for the prize as agent for the winner and their guests, who agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties providing services as part of the prize including, without limitation, any relevant tour operator. Any amendments to or cancellation of the prize made by the winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges, which will be the responsibility of the winner.
The Promoter will accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage (including for the acts or omissions of third parties) which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury and death
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received or for undelivered or delayed entries, which were unable to be delivered or received for any reason beyond its control.
By entering the Promotion, the winner consents to participate in future reasonable publicity in relation to the Promotion with no further compensation.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control with no liability to any entrants, the winners or any third party.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in the Promotion.
