1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States. Contest void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

2. HOW TO ENTER: You are automatically entered when you complete and transmit the on-screen entry form at url: www.woodfordreserve.com/miami-... before 11:59 pm EST on September 30, 2021. Contest begins on [12:01 am on August 1, 2021. Limit one entry per person. Entrants must submit a photo and supporting copy detailing their submission. Entrants will be judged on their creative prowess via their food item and cocktail or alcohol-free beverage pairings.

3. Prize winners will be selected based on the following criteria: submitting a photo with supporting copy of their food item paired with a cocktail or alcohol free beverage. Prizes are a Woodford Reserve Pairing Package (described below) (ARV $100) and a $500 cash prize. Winner must be of legal drinking age. Pairing package elements include cutting board, koozies, water bottles, ice cube tray, soft-sided cooler, tumbler, etc. Beverage alcohol is not part of the prize.

Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all timely received eligible entries. Drawing will be conducted on or about October 10th, 2021. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be eligible, nor will your entry be eligible if it is lost, late, illegible, misaddressed or otherwise misdirected. Electronic entries that are misdirected, illegible, or not received due to technical malfunction will not be eligible. Limit one entry per person and one entry per e-mail address. Anyone mentioned/included in submissions must be 21 years of age or older. All entries become the property of Brown-Forman, and Brown-Forman may use them and edit them as it sees fit.

5. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Brown-Forman, their affiliates, liquor wholesale licensees, retailers, as well as advertising/promotion agencies and their immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible. This promotion is void wherever prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. In the event that the contest is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Sponsor or Administrator reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Contest, or to disqualify participants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, Sponsor and Administrator shall have no liability to any entrants who are disqualified due to such an action. You must be at least 21 years of age to be eligible. Contest void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

6. SELECTION PROCESS: All entries will be reviewed by Brown-Forman Submissions which meet the entry requirements/guidelines and are approved by Brown Forman/Woodford Reserve may be posted on the Woodford Reserve website and/or the Woodford Reserve Facebook or Instagram site. The (5) winners will be notified on or before October 15, 2021.

7. There will be (5) winners.

8. GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize consists of a Woodford Reserve Party Package (value $100) and $500 cash prize.

9. All federal, state, and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted without Sponsor’s permission or where required by law. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. All federal, state, and local laws apply. If the prize becomes unavailable Brown-Forman may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

10. PARTICIPATION: Participants agree that by submitting their entry they release the Sponsor from any liability in connection with their computer equipment/software. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any material in this promotion.

11. CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASES: On or before 10/15/2021 the Prize Winner(s) will be notified either by mail, email or by phone and will be instructed how to claim the prize. The winners will be required to claim his or her prize within ten [10] days of notification and may be required to sign before a notary and returning to the address stated in the notification an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If the winner's notarized Affidavits and Releases are not returned within ten [10] days of notification, the winners will have waived any claim to the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. An alternate winner’s notice period timing may vary. By accepting a prize, any winner: (a) releases Brown-Forman and its affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers, and promotional and advertising agencies, from any/all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in any promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman/Woodford Reserve for promotional purposes in connection with this promotion, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation where permitted.

The Sponsor and participating promotional companies are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries or acceptance and use of the prize. Brown-Forman/Woodford Reserve reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this contest should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel terminate or suspend the contest. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such attempt.
