OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States. Sweepstakes void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

2. How to enter: You are automatically entered when you complete and transmit the on-screen entry form at http://www.woodfordreserve.com/ultimate-Kentucky-Derby-Sweeps including your name, address, email address and date of birth, before April 18, 2021, 11:59PM ET. Sweepstakes begins on March 26, 2021, 12:00 AM ET. Limit one entry per person.

3. There will be one First Prize awarded. First Prize consists of a Derby at Home Party kit: including (1 of each): 2 tickets to the KY Derby (General Admission or better), Harlem Derby Designer Hat, Baccarat Derby 4 glass Set, Ice Bucket, Cocktail Picks, Boston Shaker, Jigger, Strainer, Glass Decanter, Pour Spout, Coasters, Ice Cube Tray, Mallet, Muddler. (Prize ARV $2,893.35)

There will be one Second Prize awarded: Second Prize consists of a Derby at Home Party kit: including (1 of each): Designer Hat, Baccarat Derby 4 glass Set, Ice Bucket, Cocktail Picks, Boston Shaker, Jigger, Strainer, Glass Decanter, Pour, Spout, Coasters, Ice Cube Tray, mallet, Muddler, and a $1,000 Mint Julep Cup (Prize ARV $1,893.31). Limit one prize per winner. Beverage alcohol is not part of any prize.

4. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be eligible, nor will your entry be eligible if it is lost, late, illegible, misaddressed or otherwise misdirected. Electronic entries that are misdirected, illegible, or not received due to technical malfunction will not be eligible. Limit one entry per person and one entry per e-mail address.

5. Eligibility: Employees of Brown-Forman, their affiliates, liquor wholesale licensees, retailers, as well as advertising/promotion agencies and their immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible. This promotion is void wherever prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. In the event that the sweepstakes is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Sponsor or Administrator reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Sweepstakes, or to disqualify participants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, Sponsor and Administrator shall have no liability to any entrants who are disqualified due to such an action. You must be at least 21 years of age to be eligible. Sweepstakes void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

6. SELECTION PROCESS: There will be two (2) Winners. Potential Winners will be selected in a random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Potential winners will be notified by mail email or phone on or after April 19, 2021.

7. All federal, state, and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted without Sponsor’s permission or where required by law. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. All federal, state, and local laws apply. A 1099 may be issued. If the prize becomes unavailable Brown-Forman may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8. PARTICIPATION: Participants agree that by submitting their entry they release the Sponsor from any liability in connection with their computer equipment/software. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any material in this promotion.

9. CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASES: On or after April 19^th, the Potential Prize Winner(s) will be notified either by mail, email or by phone and will be instructed how to claim the prize. Potential Prize Winner may be required to provide a mailing address in order to receive the Prize. The Prize Winners may be required to claim his or her prize within [10] days of notification and may be required to sign before a notary and returning to the address stated in the notification an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If the winner's notarized Affidavits and Releases are not returned within [10] days of notification, the Prize Winners will have waived any claim to the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. An alternate winner’s notice period timing may vary. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

By accepting a prize, any winner: (a) releases Brown-Forman and its affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers, and promotional and advertising agencies, from any/all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in any promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman/Woodford Reserve for promotional purposes in connection with this promotion, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation where permitted.

The Sponsor and participating promotional companies are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries or acceptance and use of the prize. Brown-Forman/ Woodford Reserve reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes . The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel terminate or suspend the sweepstakes. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such attempt.
