T&C’s - Woodford Reserve Bartender Contest

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be at least 21 years of age, able to prove that you are currently employed as a bartender In New York State and a legal resident of the United States, residing in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut. Contest void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

CONTEST PERIOD: Contest begins November 10, 2025

Entry deadline: November 14, 2025 at 11:59 pm (PT).

HOW TO ENTER: You must be at least 21 years of age to participate. To enter visit https://www.woodfordreserve.com/cultureexchange/ during the contest period, and follow the link to complete and submit your entry. After you have completed and submitted the entry registration, write a brief description and tell us how you craft your Woodford Reserve cocktail that reflects your passion for the brand, post your recipe to https://www.woodfordreserve.com/cultureexchange/. Your recipe can include any Woodford Reserve expression including Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Rye, Malt, Wheat, or Double Oaked. The biography in the description must not contain information that would be considered illegal according to state laws, may not mention any bar/restaurant or retail establishment, may not be harmful to the Woodford Reserve brand, or mention any other alcoholic beverage brands. Furthermore, an entry must be in good taste in the sole opinion of Brown-Forman. An entry that does not meet the above criteria will not be eligible. Only yourself may be featured in the entry.

Judging is in the sole discretion of Brown-Forman and a panel of judges selected by Brown-Forman. Judging will be conducted/concluded on or about November 18, 2025, and the winner will be notified via email or telephone and must be currently employed as a bartender in New York State. You must age verify prior to submission. If you do not verify your age prior to submission you will forfeit the entry/prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

By entering the Contest, entrants accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Brown-Forman (Woodford Reserve). Brown-Forman, their participating promotional companies, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, parents, subsidiaries (collectively the “Released Parties”), will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind including without limitation, death to persons or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession use or misuse of any prize or participation in the Contest. Furthermore, the Released Parties are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries or acceptance and use of the prize. Brown-Forman reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this contest should virus, bugs or other causes beyond control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest. Brown-Forman reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate or suspend the contest. Brown-Forman assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.

CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Brown-Forman reserves the right to seek damages from any such attempt. Brown-Forman reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law.

ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Brown-Forman, Woodford Reserve, their affiliates, as well as their advertising/promotion agencies, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. Holders of wholesale or retail licenses are not eligible. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of New York, New Jersey or Connecticut.

PRIZE: One (1) winner

There will be one (1) prize awarded:

The Prize consists of a trip for the winner to Tokyo, Japan on the described dates, including roundtrip coach class airfare for winner from commercial airport closest to winner’s home and Tokyo, Japan; ground transportation to and from hotel, lodging accommodations for three (3) nights and cultural education experiences (ARV $3,500). The ARV may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure point and destination. Winner will not receive the difference between actual prize value and the ARV.

Trip Dates: February 8-12 2026, OR February 15-19 2026

Alcohol is not part of any prize. Limit one (1) prize per person. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. A 1099 will be issued. If the winner cannot travel on dates specified, he/she must forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. An alternate potential winner may have a shorter time to respond. Unclaimed prize may not be awarded.

Brown-Forman or the designated agent will determine the airline and flight itinerary at their sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by the airline carrier as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Brown-Forman, Woodford Reserve and its affiliates are not responsible if the scheduled flight is delayed, postponed or canceled for any reason and the winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. All expenses, ground transportation, and other costs not expressly stated in the prize description above are the sole responsibility of the winner. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Winner must comply with all requirements. No responsibility is assumed by Brown-Forman for any factor beyond their reasonable control, or for canceled, delayed flights for any reason whatsoever. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. Brown-Forman is not responsible if the winner does not use tickets or vouchers on date(s) for which they are issued.

No substitution, exchange or transfer of prize by the winner. Brown-Forman reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions relating to the Prize elements.

The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

NOTIFICATION: Potential Winner will be notified on or about November 19, 2025, by phone or email. Potential winner will have forty eight (48) hours to respond and accept the prize. In the event the winner does not respond/accept the prize he/she forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. By accepting his or her prize, the winner: (a) releases Brown-Forman/Woodford Reserve and their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers from any and all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman/Woodford Reserve for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted with entries, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation. Proof of identification and age verification will be required.

Any information entrants provide during the course of claiming a prize will only be used for administration of the Contest and for purposes of Prize fulfillment.

PRIVACY: Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, your contact information and any other information submitted by you, or collected by Brown-Forman or its affiliates, in connection with this content will be used in accordance with each party’s respective privacy policy.
