Woodford Reserve $1,000 Mint Julep Terms & Conditions 2023

Must be of legal drinking age to participate. There are 100 Sterling Silver Woodford Reserve Mint Julep Cups 2023 available, the cost per cup is $1,000. There are 50 Gold-Plated Cups 2023, the cost per cup is $3,500. All cups are available on a first come, first buy basis starting April 12, 2023 at 11AM ET at woodfordreservemintjulep.com. When you make your purchase, the purchase price and additional fees will be charged to your credit card immediately for the purchase of a cup. The charge will come from Woodford Reserve Distillery. All sales are final.

All cups must be picked up inside Churchill Downs on Kentucky Derby Day, May 6, 2023, at the $1,000 Mint Julep Cup tent. A ticket to Kentucky Derby 149 must be purchased to be able to pick up the purchased cup. No shipping will be available.

Net proceeds from the sales of the 2023 Woodford Reserve $1,000/$3,500 Mint Julep Cup Program will go to the non-profit organization, the Secretariat Foundation. Purchase(s) of cup(s) are not tax-deductible.

Purchaser of any cup must be at least twenty-one years of age. Beverage alcohol is not included in any purchase of Woodford Reserve Mint Julep Cup(s). All sales are final, no returns allowed. IN the event of a force majeure event that Woodford Reserve determines adversely effects this program, the program will be cancelled and purchasers will be refunded.
