Official Rules for the Woodford Reserve x Idaho Derby Party Sweepstakes

Eligibility
The Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of Idaho State who are at least twenty-one (21) years old. Employees of Brown-Forman (“Sponsor”) or any other alcohol beverage company, their respective distributors, wholesalers, retailers (including bartenders/staff), or licensees, agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited.
Entry Period
The sweepstakes begins on 12:01 AM ET March 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59PM ET on April 18, 2024 (the “Entry Period”).
How to Enter
Enter
Visit https://www.woodfordreserve.com/IdahoDerbyParty/ and complete and submit the entry form. You will be asked to enter your first name, last name, date of birth, email address, city and state. By entering, you indicate your full agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the promotion, which are final and binding. Only entrants who comply with the Official Rules are eligible. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Multiple entries by use of bots or any method will lead to disqualification.
Drawing
On or about April 19, 2024, Sponsor will randomly select 1 (one) grand prize winner, and 5 (five) runner ups. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Potential winners will have three (3) days from date of notice (“Designated Period”) to accept the prize. If a winner does not accept the prize within the Designated Period, he/she may forfeit the prize and alternate winner(s) may be selected. Alternate winner(s) may have a varying time to accept the prize(s). Limit one prize per winner. Potential winners will be notified on or about April 20, 2024 via email, mail or phone.
Prizes
There will be 1 (one) grand prize and 5 (five) runner up prize packs.
Grand Prize consists of: A Derby themed party for you and 9 (nine) guests at a local venue with food and beverage for 10 (ten) as well as a signature Derby cocktail making class. All attendees and guests must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. A 1099 will be issued. Beverage alcohol is not part of the prize. ARV of $1,800.00. The winner will be required to sign an eligibility and liability release. Guests may be required to sign a similar release.
5 (five) runner up prizes consist of: Woodford Reserve Derby at Home cocktail kit. Beverage alcohol is not part of the prize. Limit one (1) prize per winner. ARV: $145. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted.
General Conditions
Brown-Forman/Woodford Reserve (hereinafter “Brand”) and participating promotional companies are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries or acceptance and use of the prize. Brown-Forman/Woodford Reserve reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes. Brown-Forman/Brand reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate or suspend the sweepstakes. Brown-Forman/Brand assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
Release and Limitations of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (g) injury or damage to persons or property. You further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
Privacy and Publicity
Any information you submit as part of the sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited participation in the sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
