Employees of Brown-Forman and their affiliates, as well as beverage alcohol retail and wholesale permit holders and their employees may not be eligible.

Starting 6/19/19, consumers may request tickets to the Event via the website. Tickets will be made available on a first come, first serve basis until supplies are exhausted, or at 6/26/2019 at 12:00pm, whichever occurs first. All notifications of invitation availability are dependent upon when the invitation is requested and if invitation is available. Notice and confirmation will be received real-time upon request should invitation still be available. Tickets have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash; they are a limited license to the event.

All times are of local time.

In the event the supply of invitations is exhausted before the Event conclusion, requests for invitations will show a message that there are no longer invitations available.

HOW TO Request:

To request an invitation via this tool: First Choose the Event you would like to attend. You must complete and submit the request including all the required information.

You may make a request by visiting oldforesterolfactory.rsvp360.co for the Official Rules and to complete and submit a request. Requests through the website are subject to the same dates and deadlines as laid out herein. The information consumers provide will only be used for participation in the Old Forester Olfactory Experience with Master Taster Jackie Zykan 2019 campaign and for any future communications, should you opt in.

DELIVERY: You are entering to receive an invitation to the Old Forester Olfactory Experience with Master Taster Jackie Zykan event in your chosen city. This is a limited time offer and supplies are limited. An invitation will be offered to requesters on a first come, first serve basis. There are limited numbers of invitations and this offer expires when the supply of invitations is exhausted or on the Event Date.

Limit one request per person. Limit one invitation per person.

TRAVEL IS NOT PART OF ANY INVITATION

Presentation of an invitation does not guarantee admission, capacity limits apply. Attendees are subject to the venue rules. Invitation holder and his/her guest must be at least 21 years of age. No substitution or transfer of invitation permitted. Beverage Alcohol is not a part of this promotion.

PROOF OF Identity/AGE through valid photo identification will be required before admission.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Entrants by participating and Attendees by attending, agree that Brown-Forman, and all of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, event service suppliers and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Entrants and attendees against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of an invitation or participation in any promotion.

CLAIMING Invitation/RELEASE: All who receive an invitation will be notified by email message from Old Forester and Envisage Engage 360, on or before Event Date (from chart above). Invitation(s) is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash value. Unclaimed/Unused Invitation(s) may not be awarded. By accepting his or her Invitation, the Entrant: (a) releases Brown-Forman/ Old Forester, and their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the invitation; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted with entries, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation.

Your mobile number and email address could be used to communicate a change in event (i.e. change in venue, event postponement, event cancellation). If this occurs, you will receive one or more SMS text message and/or email message from Old Forester informing you of the change. Communications received will be only in reference to the event.
