Korbel Miami NYE Staycation Sweeps

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States, residing in Florida. Sweepstakes void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
FL SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: 11/15/2022 to 12/15/2022. All entries must be received by 12/15/2022 at 11:59 pm EST when the sweepstakes ends.
HOW TO ENTER: Enter by visiting https://www.korbel.com/miaminye/ and completing and submitting the form found there. You must be at least 21 years of age to enter. The information consumers provide will only be used for participation in the Korbel Miami NYE Staycation Sweepstakes and for any future communications, should you opt in.
Limit one entry per day, per person.
DRAWING: Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all timely received eligible entries. Drawing will be conducted on or about 12/16/2022, and the winner will be notified by text message and/or phone and/or email from Redmoon Marketing, on or about 12/17/2022. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Brown-Forman, their affiliates, as well as the advertising/promotion agency, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. Holders of wholesale or retail licenses and their employees are not eligible. You must be 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States, residing in Florida.
PRIZE: There will be three (3) Prizes awarded.
Each Prize consists of an overnight stay at a hotel in Miami, FL (double accompancy) and 4 VIP tickets to the Korbel Miami NYE Event, which will take place on December 31st, 2022. (Approximate retail value of each Prize is $1,400).
If a potential winner cannot attend on dates specified, he/she must forfeit the Prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Unclaimed Prizes may not be awarded. Entry to the Korbel Korbel Miami NYE Staycation Sweepstakes is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by the Sponsor. Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all applicable event, venue, as applicable, regulations in connection with the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or his/her guest who engage(s) in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Korbel Miami NYE Staycation. Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, disease, pandemic or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the event.
Beverage alcohol is not a part of any of the sweepstakes Prize. All Federal, state and local taxes on Prizes are the sole responsibility of Prize winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. Limit one Prize per winner. A 1099 will be issued.
EXCEPTION: In the event that the Korbel Miami NYE Staycation does not take place due to pandemic, pandemic related closures, the Prize will be canceled and Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may offer an alternate prize.
CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: Potential Winner will be notified by text message and/or email and/or phone from Redmoon Marketing on or about 12/17/2022. Potential Winners will have two (2) days from date of notification (“Designated Period”) to respond to the notice affirming acceptance of the Prize. Upon acceptance, Potential Winners will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability publicity release. By accepting his or her prize, the Potential Winner: (a) agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Brown-Forman/Korbel from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted with entries, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation.
Any traveling companion of the Potential Winner must be 21 years of age or older and will be required to execute a similar affidavit and release prior to participating in any Prize.
PRIVACY: Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, your contact information and any other information submitted by you, or collected by Brown-Forman, in connection with this sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Brown-Forman’s privacy policy (https://legal.brown-forman.com/privacy-policy/english).
WINNER’S LIST: For the name of the winner, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Korbel Miami NYE Staycation Sweepstakes 2022, Attn: Winners List, Red Moon Marketing, 7804 Fairview Road, Box #309, Charlotte, NC 28226. Do not send entries to this address.
