NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States. Sweepstakes void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: April 15th, 2024 to July 8th, 2024. All entries must be received by July 8th, 2024 at 11:59 pm. ET.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter visit https://www.korbel.com/korbel-kitchen to complete and submit an entry. The information consumers provide will only be used for participation in the Korbel Kitchen sweepstakes and for any future communications, should you opt in.

Limit one entry per day, regardless of method of entry.

All entries must be received by July 8th, 2024 (11:59 pm ET)

DRAWING: Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all timely received eligible entries. A total of three (3) Drawings will be conducted as noted below, and winners will be notified by text message and/or phone and/or email from RedMoon Marketing, on or about June 30, 2024. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The Sweepstakes Period begins at 11:59 pm on April 15, 2024 and ends at 11:59 pm on July 8, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period is divided into three (3) Entry Periods ("Entry Period") and three (3) Prizes will be awarded for each Entry Period as set forth in the table below. Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device of the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Brown-Forman and their affiliates, as well as the advertising/promotion agency, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. Holders of wholesale or retail licenses and their employees are not eligible.

PRIZE: There will be a total of nine (9) Grand Prizes awarded. Grand Prize consists of one (1) gift card ($500 Total). Unclaimed prize may not be awarded. Beverage alcohol is not a part of any of the sweepstakes prize. All Federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. Limit one prize per winner.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Entrants by participating, agree that Brown-Forman and all of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any sweepstakes.

CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: Potential Winner will be notified by text message and/or email and/or phone from RedMoon Marketing on or before July 9, 2024. Winners may be required to provide a mailing address for delivery of prize documents. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. Grand Prize winners may be required to accept the Grand Prize within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. If a Grand Prize winner does not accept the Grand Prize within twenty-four (24) hours he/she/they may forfeit the Grand Prize and an alternate winner may be selected. The prize is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash value. Unclaimed Prize may not be awarded. By accepting his or her prize, the winner: (a) releases Brown-Forman/Korbel California Champagne, and their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman/Korbel California Champagne for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted with entries, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation.

PRIVACY: Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, your contact information and any other information submitted by you, or collected by Brown-Forman, in connection with this sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Brown-Forman’s privacy policy (https://legal.brown-forman.com/privacy-policy/english).

WINNER’S LIST: For the name of the prize winner, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Red Moon Marketing, Attn: 2024 Korbel Kitchen /Winner’s List, 7804 Fairview Road, Box #309, Charlotte, NC 28226, before July 16, 2024. Do not send entries to this address.
