NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States residing within a seventy-five (75) mile radius from Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles, CA. Sweepstakes void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: 05/1/2022 to 07/31/2022. All entries for the 6/1/2022 drawing must be received by 5/31/2022 at 11:59 pm. ET. All entries for the 7/1/22 drawing must be received by 6/30/2022 at 11:59 pm. ET. All entries for the 8/1/2022 Grand Prize drawing must be received by 07/31/2022 at 11:59 pm. ET when the sweepstakes ends.

HOW TO ENTER: Enter by visiting korbel.com/lafc-sweepstakes and completing and submitting the form found there. You must be at least 21 years of age to enter. The information consumers provide will only be used for participation in the Korbel x LAFC (Los Angeles Football Club) sweepstakes and for any future communications, should you opt in.

Limit one entry per day.

DRAWING: Prize winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from among all timely received eligible entries. There will be three drawings, the first will be conducted on or about 6/1/2022, the second will be conducted on or about 7/1/2022, and the third and final drawing for the grand prize will be conducted on or about 08/1/2022. The winner(s) will be notified by text message and/or phone and/or email by Redmoon Markerting, on or about 6/2/2022, 7/2/2022 or 08/02/2022, based on respective drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential Winner(s) will have two (2) days from date of notification to respond to the notice affirming acceptance of the prize. Last name(s) for the custom jerseys and mailing addresses must be provided to the Redmoon Marketing within 5-7 business days of initial contacting. If a potential grand prize winner cannot attend the game on date specified, he/she must forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. If your Entry is a winner, you will be deemed the potential winner of a prize, pending confirmation and/or verification of your eligibility. Non winners will roll over to the next draw period. Potential winner of any drawing is not eligible to win in any other drawing.

ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Brown-Forman, their affiliates, as well as the advertising/promotion agency, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. Employees of LAFC, Major League Soccer, and Soccer United Marketing are also excluded from winning. Holders of wholesale or retail licenses and their employees are not eligible.

PRIZE/CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: There will be four prizes awarded throughout the duration of the sweepstakes. A Prize consists of one (1) custom LAFC jersey with winner name (as provided by winner). There will be two (2) Prizes awarded after the 6.1.22 drawing. There will be two (2) Prizes awarded after the 7.1.22 drawing, (ARV of each jersey is $165). The grand prize winner will be selected on or around 8/2/22. There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded of 4 Tickets in the North Terrace at the 8/16/2022 LAFC home game located at the Banc of California Stadium 3939 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90037, (ARV of each ticket is $304 ). And four (4) custom LAFC jerseys with customized names, (ARV of each jersey is $165). Transportation is not part the Prize(s) or the Grand Prize Grand Prize. All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging accommodations, any transportation costs, luggage fees, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of each Winner. Limit one prize per winner. All guests of grand prize winner must be at least 21 years of age.

Exception: Entry to the Korbel LAFC Sweepstakes is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by the Sponsor. The Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all applicable event venue, as applicable, regulations in connection with the Prize. Sponsor and venue reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the Grand Prize Winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game. Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, disease, pandemic or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the game. Should the game be cancelled or postponed for any reason, the sponsor will not offer an alternative prize. MLS game, event, and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of MLS and/or the applicable MLS team, as applicable, and may be subject to change. Exact seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event a game, event or exhibition, as defined by MLS, is not played due to weather, an Act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, work stoppage or any other reason.By accepting his or her prize, the Potential Winner: (a) agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Brown-Forman/Korbel, LAFC, Major League Soccer, and Soccer United Marketing from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted with entries, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation. Each potential winner may be required to submit an affidavit of eligibility / release of liability / prize acceptance agreement (collectively, the “Affidavit”) and return the Affidavit within the time period specified at notification before being eligible to receive his or her prize. Guests of winner may be required to sign a similar release.

Beverage alcohol is not a part of any of the sweepstakes prize. All Federal state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. A 1099 will be issued to the Grand Prize Winner.

WINNERS’ LIST: For the name of the prize winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Red Moon Marketing, Korbel LAFC Sweepstakes Winners’ List, 7804 Fairview Road, Box #309, Charlotte, NC 28226 before August 15, 2022. Do not send entries to the address.
