NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States, residing in Indiana to participate.  Sweepstakes void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: “Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey ‘Tickets for a Year’* QR Code Text-2-Enter” starts on May, 7, 2026, at 12:00amET and ends on September, 8, 2026, 11:59pmET  (“Sweepstakes Period”).  

HOW TO ENTER: To enter via wireless text messaging, during the sweepstakes period, send the letters MUSIC to 68405 from your 2-way text messaging capable wireless phone. Once you send the text message, you will receive a link. You must fill the form on the link to be entered into the sweepstakes. Entrants will be charged their standard text messaging rate for each text message sent or received through their handset according to the terms of their Wireless Calling Plan. Text messaging and wireless services are not available in all areas.

Alternatively, you may enter by going to https://www.jackdaniels.com/en-us/JDMusic and completing and submitting the online form found there. Limit one entry per day, per person, regardless of method of entry.

All entries must be received on or before September 8, 2026, at 11:59pmET.

ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Brown-Forman, their affiliates, as well as the advertising/ promotion agency, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. Holders of wholesale or retail licenses are not eligible. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States, residing in Indiana. 

DRAWING: Prize winner(s) will be selected in random drawing(s) from among all timely received eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about September 9, 2026. 

PRIZES: 

There will be one (1) Prize(s) awarded:

Each prize consists of “tickets for a year” awarded in the form of $3000 in Ticketmaster® e-gift cards. Approximate retail value of each prize is $3,000.00. 

Gift Cards may be used toward the purchase of tickets sold through the Ticketmaster and Live

Nation websites and in the Ticketmaster mobile app. Gift Cards cannot be used toward VIP

Nation®, fan clubs, other gift cards and select ticket packages. Exclusions may apply to TM+,

Platinum, Fan-to-Fan Resale, TicketsNow®, TicketExchange by Ticketmaster® and other tickets

not sold directly by Ticketmaster. Other exclusions may apply. Gift Cards cannot be combined

with other Gift Cards, gift certificates or other coupons. Gift Cards may not be used in

connection with any marketing, advertising or promotional activities without Live Nation’s prior

written approval and may not be transferred or sold other than through authorized Ticketmaster

channels. Live Nation reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if it believes that the Gift Card was

obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means. If the Gift Card holder’s purchase exceeds

the amount of that Gift Card’s balance, the Gift Card holder must pay the difference by another

means. Unused Gift Card balances are not transferable. Gift Cards are not returnable or

redeemable for cash except in states where it is required by law. Use of Gift Cards constitutes

acceptance of these terms and the additional terms found here, which are subject to change at any

time without notice. The use of Gift Cards on the Ticketmaster and Live Nation websites are

subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on each site.

Beverage alcohol is not part of the sweepstakes prize. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winners. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. Limit one prize per winner. The winner(s) will be notified by a Text Message, phone and/or email. Winner must be at least 21 years of age. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.

NOTICE: Potential Winner(s) will be notified on or after  September 9, 2026. Potential winners will have five (5) days from date of notice (“Designated Period”) to accept the prize. If a winner does not accept the prize within the Designated Period, he/she may forfeit the prize and alternate winner(s) may be selected. Alternate winner(s) may have a varying time to accept the prize(s).

Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey (hereinafter “Brand”) and participating promotional companies are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries or acceptance and use of the prize. Brown-Forman/Brand reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes. Brown-Forman/Brand reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate or suspend the sweepstakes. Brown-Forman/Brand assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.

CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such attempt. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law.

CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: Potential winner(s) may be required to  provide a mailing address to receive prize or prize information.  Potential Winner(s) may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release.

By accepting his or her prize(s), the winner(s): releases Sponsor, Live Nation Worldwide,

Inc. (“Live Nation”), prize providers, promotional agencies, franchisees, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives,

officers, directors, shareholders, employees, licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers

(collectively “Released Parties”) from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman/Brand for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted with entries, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation. Proof of identification and age verification will be required. 

PRIVACY: Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, your contact information and any other information submitted by you, or collected by Brown-Forman, in connection with this sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Brown-Forman’s privacy policy (https://legal.brown-forman.com/privacy-policy/english).

WINNER’S LIST: For the name of the prize winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Red Moon Marketing, Attn:  “Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey ‘Tickets for a Year’* QR Code Text-2-Enter” Winners List, 7804 Fairview Road, Box #309, Charlotte, NC 28226, before September 8, 2026. Do not send entries to this address. 

Live Nation is not a sponsor of the Sweepstakes, and is in no way responsible for the

administration of the Sweepstakes, the verification of winners or the fulfillment of prizing. All
