In the event the supply of tickets is exhausted before the End Date, requests for tickets will receive a message that there are no longer tickets available.
ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Brown-Forman, Facebook their affiliates, as well as the advertising/promotion agency, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. Holders of wholesale or retail licenses and their employees are not eligible.
HOW TO REQUEST: You may make a request by visiting www.HouseNo7.com for the Official Rules and to enter your unique promo code, complete and submit a request. Requests through the website are subject to the same dates and deadlines as laid out herein. The information consumers provide will only be used for participation in the "Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey House No. 7” 2019 promotion and for any future communications, should you opt in.

TRAVEL IS NOT PART OF ANY PRIZE
DELIVERY: You are entering to be put on the guest list for the House No. 7 event in your chosen city. This is a limited time offer and supplies are limited. Reservations will be offered to entrants on a first come, first serve basis. There are limited numbers of tickets and this offer expires when the supply of tickets is exhausted or on the Event Date,
Ticket does not guarantee admission, capacity limits apply. Attendees are subject to the venue rules. Unclaimed prize(s) may not be awarded. Transportation is not part of this prize. Guest of winner must be at least 21 years of age. Beverage alcohol is not a part of any of the sweepstakes prize. All Federal state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value.
PROOF OF AGE will be required before admission.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Entrants by participating, agree that Brown-Forman, and all of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any sweepstakes.
CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: All who receive tickets will be notified by text message and/or email and/or phone from Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, on or before Event Date (from chart above). Tickets(s) is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash value. Unclaimed Ticket(s) may not be awarded. By accepting his or her ticket, the winner: (a) releases Brown-Forman/ Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, and their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the ticket; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted with entries, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation.
