SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: “Jack Daniel’s Music City Trip Contest 2026” starts on October 1, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on November 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (ET) (“Sweepstakes Period”).  

HOW TO ENTER: Enter by going to (https://www.jackdaniels.com/en-us/JackWIP94Contest ) and completing and submitting the online form found there. Limit one entry per day, per person, regardless of the method of entry.

All entries must be received on or before November 16, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET).

ELIGIBILITY: Employees of WIP94, Brown-Forman, their affiliates, as well as the advertising/promotion agencies, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. Holders of wholesale or retail licenses are not eligible. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States, residing in Pennsylvania.

DRAWING: Prize winner(s) will be selected in random drawing(s) from among all timely received eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about November 6, 2026. 

PRIZES: 

There will be One (1) Prize awarded:

The prize consists of (2) two round-trip coach class airfare tickets from the major airport closest to the winner’s home to/from Nashville, Tennessee (exact flight times to be determined by the Sponsor). Winner and Winner’s guest must travel on the same itinerary, (2) two nights hotel stay in Nashville, check in December 11, 2026, check out December 13, 2026 (hotel chosen by Sponsor, standard room, double occupancy), round trip ground transportation from Nashville to the Jack Daniel Distillery, one (1) tour of the Jack Daniel Distillery grounds and distillery, lunch at Miss Mary Bobo's Restaurant (exact date and times to be determined by the Sponsor), $250 in spending money (cash or cash equivalent, including bank gift card). Trip must take place between December 11th, 2026, and December 13th, 2026. Approximate retail value of the prize is $2,000 ARV. The prize will be sent to the winner digitally.

Beverage alcohol is not part of the sweepstakes prize. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winners. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. Limit one prize per winner. The winner(s) will be notified by a Text Message, phone and/or email. Winner must be at least 21 years of age. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.

NOTICE: Potential Winner(s) will be notified on or after November 15, 2026. Potential winners will have two (2) days (measured in the local time zone) from date of notice (“Designated Period”) to accept the prize. If a winner does not accept the prize within the Designated Period, he/she may forfeit the prize and alternate winner(s) may be selected. Alternate winner(s) may have a varying time to accept the prize(s).

Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s (hereinafter “Brand”) and participating promotional companies are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries or acceptance and use of the prize. Brown-Forman/Brand reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstake should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes. Brown-Forman/Brand reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate or suspend the sweepstakes. Brown-Forman/Brand assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.

CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such attempt. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law.

CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: Potential winner(s) may be required to provide a mailing address to receive prize or prize information.  Potential Winner(s) may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release.

By accepting his or her prize(s), the winner(s): (a) releases Brown-Forman/Brand and their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman/Brand for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted with entries, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation. Proof of identification and age verification will be required. 

PRIVACY: Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, your contact information and any other information submitted by you, or collected by Brown-Forman, in connection with this sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Brown-Forman’s privacy policy (https://legal.brown-forman.com/privacy-policy/english).
