Official Rules
This ”Sweepstakes” is a promotional offer made by Brown-Forman on behalf of its Tequila Herradura brand (collectively “Sponsor”) and Seattle Soccer, LLC d/b/a Seattle Sounders FC and on behalf of Major League Soccer, LLC and Soccer United Marketing, LLC is a prize provider only and is not responsible for the administration, management, suspension, cancellation, modification of this Sweepstakes, nor for selecting any winners or awarding any prizes (“Prize Provider Entities”).
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. You must be at least 21 years of age on the date of entry and be a legal resident of the United States residing in the State of Washington. Sweepstakes void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. To enter, you must meet the eligibility requirements and participate in accordance with the rules set forth herein. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Winners are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties and like amounts in respect of the Sweepstakes prizes. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: April 1, 2024 through August 31, 2024 (11:59 pm PT). All entries must be received by August 31, 2024 (11:59 pm PT).
HOW TO ENTER: You may enter by visiting https://www.herradura.com/SoundersFC for the Official Rules and to complete and submit an entry. Alternatively, you may enter via wireless text messaging, text HRSOUNDERS to 68405 from your 2-way text messaging capable wireless phone during the Sweepstakes Period. Once you send the text message, you will be prompted to enter your date of birth. After your age is verified, you will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. Entrants will be charged standard text messaging rates according to the terms of their Wireless Calling Plan. Text messaging and wireless services are not available in all areas. Text STOP to quit.
Limit one entry per day, regardless of method of entry. All entries must be received by August 31, 2024 (11:59 pm PT).
DRAWING: Prize winner will be selected on or about September 1st in a random drawing from among all timely received eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Brown-Forman, its affiliates, liquor wholesale licensees, retailers, as well as the advertising/promotion agencies and their immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible.

If one of these matches is unavailable due to a previous winner’s selection, or winner is unable to attend, the winner may choose a mutually agreed upon game in the 2025 season.

Match date and time are subject to change. The prize is not transferable. No substitution. If winner does not participate, there will be no cash equivalent awarded and no alternate winner selected. Unclaimed prize may not be awarded. (ARV $675.00). Beverage alcohol is not part of any prize.
CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: Potential winner will be notified via email, text or by phone on or about the drawing date listed above. A prize winner does not need to be online at time of notification. A potential winner may be required to claim his or her prize within two (2) days of notification by responding and/or by signing before a notary and returning to the address stated in the notification on Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. Winner may need to provide a mailing address in order to receive the prize. If the notarized affidavit and release are not returned within two (2) days of notification, the winner will have waived any claim to the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Guests of winner may be required to sign a similar release. Winner may be required to provide a mailing address for delivery of the prize. Winner will be contacted by Red Moon Marketing to facilitate delivery of the Prize either by hand or by overnight mail. By accepting his or her prize, the winner: (a) releases Brown-Forman/Tequila Herradura and their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers from any and all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prize; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman/Tequila Herradura for promotional purposes in connection with this promotion, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation (where permitted).
Guests of winner must be at least 21 years of age and must sign a similar Affidavit Release prior to participating in any part of the Prize. Brown-Forman/Tequila Herradura and participating promotional companies are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries or acceptance and use of the prize. Brown-Forman/Tequila Herradura reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes. Brown-Forman/Tequila Herradura reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate or suspend the sweepstakes. Brown-Forman/Tequila Herradura assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
GENERAL RULES: Each entrant in the Sweepstakes agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final, and to accept delivery of any prize won based upon availability. In addition, each entrant represents and warrants that all information contained in his/her entry is true and accurate. The Sponsor is not responsible for any printing errors in these Official Rules or otherwise in any materials available at the Sweepstakes Site. By submitting an entry, each entrant for himself or herself and on behalf of their heirs, successor and assigns hereby grants to Sponsor, its agents and others working on its behalf the right to use the entrant’s name, likeness, voice, and any additional audio, video or photographs taken by the Sponsor or its affiliates or representatives during the Sweepstakes for advertising and marketing purposes, including on the Sweepstakes website, without additional compensation except where prohibited by law, and further grants Sponsor and its assignees and designees, including Prize Provider Entities the right to use contestant contact information for to contact contestants about other Sponsor or Prize Provider Entities programs. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost, late, misidentified or misdirected entries, or telecommunication or computer hardware or software performance, errors, delays or failures. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the administration of the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant acknowledges and agrees that he/she is voluntarily providing the information requested at the time of entry and does so knowing that he/she is or may be sharing personal information which may be Personally Identifiable Information. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release the Sponsor and Prize Provider Entities and each of their affiliates, partners, and subsidiaries, from any and all liability claims or actions of any kinds whatsoever, either at law or equity, whether known or unknown, asserted or non-asserted, for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may that may arise from or in any way relate to participation in this Sweepstakes or the awarding, acceptance, use or misuse of any prize or any other substitute prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity. The Sponsor and Prize Provider Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES (1) THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (2) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION.
This Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any action or litigation concerning this Sweepstakes shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Jefferson County, Kentucky, and each entrant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts.
CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such attempt. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law.
