JUDGING: Prize winners will be selected based on the following criteria, on a scale of 1-5. The grading scale will consist of: 1 being the lowest grade and 5 being the highest grade. This grading scale will be used for each of the following fields of the bartender competition:

Taste of the Cocktail

Presentation of the Cocktail

BONUS (1) POINT: Additional Social Media Post with proper legal tags (all posts without tags, will not be counted).

Judging is in the sole discretion of Fords Gin and a panel of judges selected by Fords Gin. Judging will be conducted/concluded on or about 3/30/2024.

Brown-Forman/Fords Gin and participating promotional companies are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries or acceptance and use of the prize. Brown-Forman/Fords Gin reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this contest should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Brown-Forman/Fords Gin corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Brown-Forman, their affiliates, as well as the advertising/promotion agency, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. Holders of wholesale or retail licenses are not eligible. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States, residing in Florida.

NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified via email or phone on or about 4/1/2024.

PRIZES: The Three (3) winners will be awarded a Trip to New York City in Summer 2024. Prize consists of transportation when do via flight to New York City and a 1 night hotel stay where winners will partake in a Fords Gin VIP experience visiting a Worlds 50 Best cocktail bar (APR $599.00). Winner will need any necessary documents to travel such as a driver's license, etc. Taxes are the sole responsibility for the winner. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Alcohol is not part of any prize. Unclaimed prize(s) may not be awarded.

CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: Winner(s) may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. By accepting his or her prize, the winner: (a) releases Brown-Forman/Fords Gin and their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted with entries, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation.
