A. Validity of Participation

1. Any person over the age of 21 who is resident in United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland and Scotland) may take part in this Promotion, excluding employees of the Promoter and companies involved and their immediate relatives, agents, third parties, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

2. Opening date for participation in the Promotion as described on the point of sale in participating Tesco stores (the “Promotion”) is from 00:01 on the 17/06/2025. Entries received after 23:59 at 14/07/2025 will not be considered.

B. Way of Participation

1. To participate in the Promotion : Scan QR code/clink on the link; fill out the form and submit.

Maximum one entry per person [and one win per person].

2. The winners will be drawn randomly from all valid submissions after the closing date. The draw will be conducted by an independent, supervised individual.

3. Winners will be notified by e-mail within seven business days of the draw. The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner if an original winner has failed to prove of identity or age as being over 21, within 7 days of notification or if the winner is unable to accept or win the prize.

4. All winners are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. The Promoter is not responsible for submissions that have not been transmitted, whether due to delay, destruction or technical reasons. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.

C. Prizes

1. The 1st Prize consists of a 7 days, 6 nights trip for the prize-winner and a guest to Austin, Texas and a Jack Daniel’s distillery tour in Nashville. The prize includes return flights from a UK airport (closest airport to the winner) to arrive in Austin, TX on 16/10/2025 and returning on 22/10/2025; 4 star hotel accommodation in Austin, TX to include breakfast for 4 nights; return ground transfers from Austin, TX airport to the hotel in Austin; Flight from Austin, TX to Nashville, TN on 20/10/2025; return ground transfers from Nashville, TN airport to the hotel in Nashville; Private transfers to the Jack Daniel’s Distillery; 4 star hotel accommodation in Nashville, TN to include breakfast for 2 nights; Jack Daniel’s Distillery Tour for two (2) adults in Lynchburg, Tennessee, USA; Hotel room will be based on 2 people sharing. The Promoter or its agency partner will book and pay for the prize as agent for the prize-winner and their guest, who agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties including, without limitation, any relevant tour operator. The prize-winner and guest must hold valid passports with 6 months' validity remaining, and, if they do not already have one, must not require a pre-arranged visa in order to travel to the US. Prize-winner and guest must also comply with immigration requirements for entry into the US. In particular, neither prize winner or guest shall have a criminal record. All travel-related administration is the responsibility of the prize-winner and guest. All additional expenses including without limitation, spending money, travel to and from departure airport and insurance cover is the responsibility of the prize-winner. The 1st Prize trip must be taken on the fixed dates specified. The promoter reserves the right to select alternative winners, should the original winner and guest not validate all of their identity, age, ability to travel on the fixed trip dates and compliance with US immigration criteria.

2. The prize is as stated and is not transferable. There can be no cash payment of the value of the prize.

D. Limitations

1. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative, materially equivalent prize if the trip does not take place for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter.

2. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received or for undelivered or delayed entries, which were unable to be delivered or received for any reason beyond its control.

E. Consent and Data Protection

1. By participating in the Promotion, each winner acknowledges and consents that his / her name and image may be used in reasonable future publicity for marketing or promotional purposes without additional compensation.

2. Unless an entrant has indicated that he/she would like to receive communications from the Promoter in the future, his/her personal data will only be held for the purpose of administering the promotion and will not be retained once the prize draw has been concluded and each winner has received their prize.

3. You acknowledge that Brown-Forman Corporation (BROWN-FORMAN) and other companies within the BROWN-FORMAN group (details of which are available on request) or BROWN-FORMAN's agents, partners or licensees, will handle your personal information, in accordance with the BROWN-FORMAN privacy policy https://legal.brown-forman.com/privacy-policy/english, for legitimate business purposes such as to provide you with personalized services and content, to analyze and consider ways of improving our services and products, and to respond to your requests. Your personal information may be transferred to any country where BROWN-FORMAN group companies or our service providers have facilities and personal information will be retained as permitted by applicable law. If in the future, you do not wish to receive further communications from the BROWN-FORMAN group and would prefer to be removed from its database, or if you wish to make corrections to your details or change how you receive communications from us, please write to: [email protected]

G. Further points

1. Entrants are deemed to have read, understood and consented to these Terms and Conditions of participation by participating in the Promotion.

2. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the England & Wales and the courts of London have exclusive jurisdiction.
