SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: August 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026. All entries must be received by October 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm EST (“Sweepstakes Period”).
HOW TO ENTER: To enter via wireless text messaging, during the sweepstakes period, send the letters JACKCOOLER to 68405 from your 2-way text messaging capable wireless phone. Once you send the text message, you will receive a link. You must fill the form on the link to be entered into the sweepstakes. Entrants will be charged their standard text messaging rate for each text message sent or received through their handset according to the terms of their Wireless Calling Plan. Text messaging and wireless services are not available in all areas.
Alternatively, you may enter by going to www.jackdaniels.com/en-us/pack-the-cooler and completing and submitting the online form found there. The information consumers provide will only be used for participation in the “Jack & Coke Pack the Cooler Experience” sweepstakes and for any future communications, should you opt in.

Beverage alcohol is not part of the sweepstakes prize. All fees, federal, state, and/or other expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of Prize Packages are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of Prize Packages offered or permitted. No transfer of Prize Packages to a third party is permitted and Prize Packages cannot be redeemed for cash value, except by Brown-Forman, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute Prize Packages or a portion of the Prize Packages for a prize of comparable or greater value. Limit one (1) Prize Package per person/household. The Potential Winner(s) will be notified via the contact information provided at time of entry. The winner must be at least 21 years of age. Unclaimed Prizes may not be awarded.

Potential winners will have three (3) days from date of notice (“Designated Period”) to accept the prize. If a winner does not accept the prize within the Designated Period, he/she must forfeit the prize and alternate winner(s) may be selected. Alternate winner(s) may have a varying time to accept the prize(s).
Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s & Coca-Cola RTD and participating promotional companies are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries or acceptance and use of the prize. Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s & Coca-Cola RTD reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes. Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s & Coca-Cola RTD reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate or suspend the sweepstakes. Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s & Coca-Cola RTD assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any expense, damage, loss or injury suffered (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such attempt. CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: Potential winner(s) may be required to provide a mailing address to receive prize or prize information. Potential Winner(s) may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release.
By accepting his or her prize(s), the winner(s): (a) releases Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s & Coca-Cola RTD and their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s & Coca-Cola RTD for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted with entries, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation. Proof of identification and age verification will be required.
PRIVACY: Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, your contact information and any other information submitted by you, or collected by Brown-Forman, in connection with this sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Brown-Forman’s privacy policy (https://legal.brown-forman.com/privacy-policy/english).
