Information on how to enter this Promotion and claim the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This Promotion is open to all individuals who are (i) atleast of 25 years of age in India (as at the start of the Promotional Period), and (ii) not employees and immediate family members of Brown-Forman India Private Limited (the “Promoter”) or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, the participating accounts and their agencies associated with this promotion.
By participating in this promotion, you represent and warrant that you have met the eligibility criteria under these Terms & Conditions.
The Promotion commences on 22nd September 2026 at 9:00AM India Time and ends at 11:59PM India Time on 13th October 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase at least any one (1) drink of 30 ml from a participating outlet in Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Pune, Thane, Goa, Kolkata, Bangalore, Guwahati, Hyderabad from the following Jack Daniel’s Family of Brands products (“Eligible Products”):

At point of purchase, individuals will receive a scratch card which gives them a chance to win a prize. Scratch Cards shall be available on a first come first serve basis till stocks last.
Individuals are permitted to obtain a maximum of 3 scratch cards during the campaign duration, subject to the following: (a) only one scratch card is provided per purchase of any one drink of the Eligible Products in 24 hours; and (b) a maximum of 1 prize is permitted per person per transaction.
Individuals must retain the original purchase receipt(s) as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for the winning card when requested, may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly show that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

Each winning scratch card will be randomly allocated one of the prizes above. The winners (except winners of Prize stated in 9 (a) above) can redeem the winning scratch card by presenting it to the Account Personnel who will then issue the prize to the prize winner in the account at the time.
For claiming the 25% discount on purchase of Jack Daniel’s branded merchandise the winner will need to visit www.jackdanielsmerchandise.in, enter the promotional code mentioned on the scratch card at the time of the checkout. The promotional code will be valid for redemption upto 15th November 2026. The promotional code if lost, misplaced, altered etc. will result in the prize being forfeited. Promotional code can be used only once. The discount cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discounts.
In addition to the prizes, all winners are eligible to participate in a Grand Prize. In order to participate in the Grand Prize, the winner will need to scan the QR Code on the scratch card and provide certain personal details such as proof of identity (POI) and age (POA) alongwith the proof of purchase. The winners for the grand prize will be selected through a draw, which shall be conducted by a system generated randomizer. The draw shall be conducted on 31st December 2026 from the pool of all valid entries received from the participants. The results shall be final and no claims shall be entertained in this regard.
The grand prize consists of a 2 days USA trip for the winner and one (1) companion. The grand prize shall include:
Economy flights from DELHI (DEL) to New York (JFK), New York (JFK) to Nashville (BNA) and return
Accommodation in a room in a hotel of Promoter’s choice in New York and Nashville on a twin sharing basis.
Food & Beverage expenses in New York and Nashville at pre-decided venues of the Brown-Forman’s choosing. Any expenses incurred out of the planned itinerary by the group or individuals is not the responsibility of Promoter and must be settled by the individuals.
Local transport as and when needed for the itinerary will be arranged by Promoter. Any travels or site seeing done by the winner outside of the planned itinerary to be managed by the individuals and will not be the responsibility of Promoter.
Promoter will not be responsible for covering additional expenses incurred by the winner which includes mini bar consumption, laundry services at the hotel and / or any additional services which are not part of the hotel package booked by Promoter. [3]
The grand prize winner is responsible for obtaining all travel documentation (e.g. passports, visas), travel insurance, and all other costs, expenses and taxes that are not specifically included above.
The winner and their companion travelling to the USA should have a valid comprehensive travel insurance which must be arranged by the individuals travelling and before making any bookings.
Promoter will not be held responsible in any event of an accident that occurs outside of the planned itinerary and is the sole responsibility of the individuals involved in such accident.
In the event of any accident that occurs while on the planned itinerary, the individual should be covered by the comprehensive insurance purchased by the individual before travelling to the USA. Promoter shall not be liable in any way whatsoever if the insurance does not cover the accident.
Promoter does not take responsibility for clearance or entry of an individual and/or their belongings from the customs in India and the USA.
Final dates and itinerary of the trip will be decided upon availability of all parties. The trip must be completed by 30th June 2027 and is subject to availability at the time of booking. If the trip is not booked and completed by 30th June 2027, the grand prize expires and will be forfeited. No notice will be given to the winner of expiry.
No changes are permitted to reservations once date of travel is confirmed or ticket has been issued.
The grand prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The individual will be required to submit proof of identity and age, with proof of purchase on request.
The Account Personnel / Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize is to be taken ‘as is.’ Prize may contain minor defects.
The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value, should those advertised become unavailable for any reason during this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control with no liability to any entrants, the prize winners or any third party.
Taxes and Statutory levies in relation to the acceptance of the Prize as applicable shall be the sole responsibility and shall be borne by the winner.
GENERAL
The Promoter encourages consumers to drink responsibly.
The Promoter shall only award a prize in exchange for untampered and authentic scratch cards.
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Supplier) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize or prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) any personal injury or expense incurred by the entrant in their participation in this Promotion and / or participation in any prize or activity related to the prize in this Promotion.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not accept any liability for any expense, damage, loss or injury suffered (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize. We are not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
Consent and Data Protection
By participating in the Promotion, each winner acknowledges and consents that his / her name and image may be used in reasonable future publicity for marketing or promotional purposes without additional compensation. You consent to Brown-Forman’s use of your personal information, including for the fulfillment of the prize/s under this Promotion in any manner and at any time Brown-Forman deems appropriate in relation to this Promotion.
Unless an entrant has indicated that he/she would like to receive communications from the Promoter in the future, his/her personal data will only be held for the purpose of administering the promotion and will not be retained once the prize draw has been concluded and each winner has received their prize.
You acknowledge that Brown-Forman and other companies within the BROWN-FORMAN group (details of which are available on request) or BROWN-FORMAN's agents, partners or licensees, will handle your personal information, in accordance with the BROWN-FORMAN privacy policy https://legal.brown-forman.com/privacy-policy/english, for legitimate business purposes such as to provide you with personalized services and content, to analyze and consider ways of improving our services and products, and to respond to your requests. Your personal information may be transferred to any country where BROWN-FORMAN group companies or our service providers have facilities and personal information will be retained as permitted by applicable law. If in the future, you do not wish to receive further communications from the BROWN-FORMAN group and would prefer to be removed from its database, or if you wish to make corrections to your details or change how you receive communications from us, please write to: [email protected].

The participation in the Promotion is voluntary. Entrants are deemed to have read, understood and consented to these Terms and Conditions of participation by participating in the Promotion.
The Promoter is the legally responsible account owner.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Indian laws and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
