PURCHASE NECESSARY. Tickets are charged at 50€ per person, per masterclass. The ticket price is payable on the day to the bar staff. You must be at least 18 years of age and legal resident of France. Promotion void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

All notifications of invitation availability are dependent upon when the invitation is requested and if invitation is available. Notice and confirmation will be received real-time upon request should invitation still be available.
In the event the supply of invitations is exhausted before the Event conclusion, requests for invitations will show a message that there are no longer invitations available. An invitation does not guarantee admission. Event is subject to capacity limitations of the venue. Attendees are subject to the venue rules. Attendees and his/her guest must be at least 18 years of age. No substitution or transfer of invitation permitted.

HOW TO REQUEST:

To request an invitation via this tool: You must complete and submit the request, including all of the required information requested on the RSVP form.
You may make a request by visiting https://fr-f25-keycityatbarnouveau-paris.rsvp360.co/en/events for the Official Rules and to complete and submit a request. Requests through the website are subject to the same dates and deadlines as laid out herein. The information consumers provide will only be used for participation in the FR F25 Key City at Bar Nouveau Paris F25 campaign and for any future communications, should you opt in.
DELIVERY: You are entering to receive an invitation to theFR F25 Key City at Bar Nouveau Paris F25 in your chosen city. This is a limited time offer and supplies are limited. An invitation will be offered to requesters on a first come, first serve basis. There are limited numbers of invitations and this offer expires when the supply of invitations is exhausted or on the Event Date.

TRAVEL IS NOT PART OF ANY INVITATION
PROOF OF IDENTITY/AGE will be required before admission to the Event.
CLAIMING INVITATION/IMAGE RELEASE: All who receive an invitation will be notified by email message from Brown-Forman (Multi-Brand) (hereinafter “Brand”) and/or Envisage Engage 360, on or before Event Date (from chart above). Invitation is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash value. Unclaimed/Unused Invitation may not be awarded. By accepting his or her invitation and attending the Event, the Attendee (and their Guest) consents to the use by Brown-Forman/Brand for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted with entries, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Attendees (and their Guests), by participating and attending the Event, agree that Brown-Forman/Brand and all of its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, Event service suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Attendees (and their Guests) from and against, any and all liability, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including without limitation, death, to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of an invitation or participation in any promotion.
PRIVACY: Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, your contact information and any other information submitted by you, or collected by Brown-Forman, in connection with this Event will be used in accordance with the Brown-Forman’s privacy policy (https://legal.brown-forman.com/privacy-policy/english).
