NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States, residing in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama (these counties only: Mobile, Baldwin, Washington, Choctaw, Marengo, Clarke, Wilcox, Monroe, Escambia, Conecuh, Butler, Lowndes, Dallas, Montgomery, Crenshaw, Covington, Geneva, Coffee, Pike, Bullock, Macon, Russell, Barbour, Dale, or Henry) or Florida (these counties only: Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes, Washington, Bay, Jackson, Calhoun, or Gulf) to participate. Sweepstakes void where prohibited or restricted by law.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: “EJ New Orleans Saints Sweepstakes” starts on October 1, 2024, at 12:00am ET and ends on November 30, 2024 at 11:59pm ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

HOW TO ENTER:

You may enter by going to https://eljimador.com/new-orleans-saints-sweeps-2024 and completing and submitting the online form found there. Limit one entry per day, per person.

All entries must be received on or before November 30, 2024 at 11:59pm ET.

ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Brown-Forman, their affiliates, the NFL Entities (as defined below) as well as the advertising/ promotion agency, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. Holders of wholesale or retail licenses are not eligible. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States, residing in Alabama (only the counties listed above), Louisiana, Mississippi, or Florida (only the counties listed above).

DRAWING: Prize winner(s) will be selected in random drawing(s) from among all timely received eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about December 1st, 2024.

PRIZES:

There will be one (1) prize awarded:

The prize consists of two (2) tickets to the New Orleans Saints home game on 12/29/2024. Approximate retail value of the prize is $400.

Winner and guest are responsible for parking and all ground transportation to/from game. Lost, mutilated, or stolen game tickets will not be replaced. Sponsor is not responsible for any game delays, any cancellation of game, and/or other difficulties occurring with the Grand Prize or any portion thereof. Game tickets are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon. Winner and guest agree to comply with all such terms and conditions, as well as with all game and venue rules and regulations and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game.

Beverage alcohol is not part of the sweepstakes prize. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winners. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. Limit one prize per winner. The winner(s) will be notified by a Text Message, phone and/or email. Winner must be at least 21 years of age. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.

NOTICE: Potential Winner(s) will be notified on or after December 1, 2024. Potential winners will have Four (4) business days from date of notice (“Designated Period”) to accept the prize. If a winner does not accept the prize within the Designated Period, he/she may forfeit the prize and alternate winner(s) may be selected. Alternate winner(s) may have a varying time to accept the prize(s).

Brown-Forman/El Jimador (hereinafter “Brand” and/or “Sponsor”) and participating promotional companies are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries or acceptance and use of the prize. Brown-Forman/Brand reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes. Brown-Forman/Brand reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate or suspend the sweepstakes. Brown-Forman/Brand assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.

CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such attempt. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law.

CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: Potential winner(s) may be required to provide a mailing address to receive prize or prize information. Potential Winner(s) may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release.

By accepting his or her prize(s), the winner(s): (a) releases Sponsor, promotional agencies, franchisees, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, employees and their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers, as well as the NFL Entities (as defined below), from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman/El Jimador for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted with entries, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation. Proof of identification and age verification will be required. Guest of winner must be at least 21 years of age and may be required to sign a similar release.

PRIVACY: Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, your contact information and any other information submitted by you, or collected by Brown-Forman, in connection with this sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Brown-Forman’s privacy policy (https://legal.brown-forman.com/privacy-policy/english).

WINNER’S LIST: For the name of the prize winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Red Moon Marketing, Attn: “EJ New Orleans Saints Sweepstakes” Winners List, 7804 Fairview Road, Box #309, Charlotte, NC 28226, before December 30, 2024. Do not send entries to this address.

Sweepstakes participants irrevocably waive all claims against the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way.
