Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores (defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or cousin.
Entries into the promotion open at 9:00am AEST on 22/04/2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 23/06/2026 (“Promotional Period”).
A participating store is any online or in-store Bottlemart, Bottlemart Express, SipnSave and Harry Brown store located in Australia and any Thirsty Camel store located in WA that stocks the Eligible Product (defined below) and displays material relating to the promotion during the Promotional Period (each a “Participating Store”).
To be eligible to enter, individuals must, in a single transaction, spend $20 or more on any Jack Daniels product (“Eligible Product”) at a Participating Store during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). In the event that a purchase receipt is not handed to an entrant after making their Qualifying Transaction, it is the individual’s responsibility to request one.
To enter, individuals must then, during the Promotional Period, scan the QR code on the promotional material or visit https://www.jackdaniels.com/en-au/wintersports, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including but not limited to their first name, last name, valid email address, postal address and phone number), upload a photo of their purchase receipt and submit the fully completed entry form.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the amount spent on Eligible Products in that Qualifying Transaction in excess of $20); (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) only one (1) entry per person per day.
Only one (1) prize is permitted per person (excluding SA residents).
Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the Eligible Product purchased, the Participating Store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
A draw for all entries received during the Promotional Period will take place at Level 3, 162 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on 24/06/2026 at 2:00pm AEST in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw and their details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published online at https://www.jackdaniels.com/en-au/wintersports on 01/07/2026.
The first valid entry drawn will win $10,000 cash (“Major Prize”).
There are another two-hundred and three (203) prizes to be won as follows:
The second valid entry drawn will $250 cash;
The next fifteen (15) valid entries drawn will each win $50 cash; and
The next one hundred and eighty-seven (187) valid entries drawn will each win $20 cash. (each a “Minor Prize”) For clarity, all Prizes listed above will be awarded as a digital Visa Gift Card by True Rewards.
Winners will receive their digital Visa Gift Card via email within one (1) day of being notified as a winner. The digital Visa Gift Card has full tap and pay capability and is accepted anywhere VISA is accepted. The digital Visa Gift Card is issued by iGoDirect Group Pty Ltd and Terms & Conditions apply. In order to activate the digital Visa Gift Card, you must:
Have a mobile device which supports Apple Pay or Google Pay;
Be in Australia with location services enabled on your mobile device;
accept the terms and conditions of the True Rewards services
Agree to any applicable terms of use, privacy policy and/or any other terms of Apple Pay or Google Pay.
The digital Visa Gift Cards are valid for the period advertised on the digital Visa Gift Card and in the email containing the digital Visa Gift Card, and will expire on the date indicated on the face of the digital Visa Gift Card as shown in each winner’s True Rewards card portal https://truerewards.cards/auth. After the digital Visa Gift Card has expired, it is no longer valid, and all transactions will be declined. Winners agree that they have no right to receive a refund of any unused value remaining and that unused value will become True Rewards’ property immediately following the expiry date unless True Rewards elects otherwise.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a Visa Gift Card are not included. Any unused balance of a Visa Gift Card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a Visa Gift Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on a Visa Gift Card.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize by 5:00pm AEST on 21/07/2026, then the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 22/07/2026 at the same time and location as the original draw, subject to any direction from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw and their details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published online at https://www.jackdaniels.com/en-au/wintersports on 29/07/2026.
The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available at www.nhmrc.gov.au. Entry and continued participation in this promotion is subject to the licensee’s liquor serving policy.
The total maximum prize pool is valued up to $14,740.
If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
All promotion entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
By submitting their promotion entry and any accompanying material, entrants agree:
that all intellectual property rights associated with the promotion, including the brands associated with the promotion, are owned by the Promoter and/or the Promoter’s affiliated parties, and entrants have no right to use any intellectual property associated with the promotion except in connection with the promotion entry and accompanying material;
to assign to the Promoter any and all intellectual property rights associated with the promotion entry and accompanying materials, with full title guarantee, such that the Promoter has the full and exclusive right to use, reproduce, or publish such promotion entry and accompanying materials; and
to waive all moral rights in and to their promotion entry and accompanying materials otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which entrants may now or at any time in the future be entitled under copyright, right of publicity, right of privacy, and other intellectual property laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the promotion occurs.
Entrants agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make their entry available on its website https://www.brown-forman.com and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the promotion. Entrants agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the promotion entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the Promotion entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes. Entrants agree that, by submitting their promotion entry, they waive any and all claims against the Promoter or the Promoter’s affiliated parties for right of publicity or right of privacy relating to the Promoter’s public reference or publication of the name or other identifying information of an entrant.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking of the prize.
The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion. By providing the Promoter with your PI, you consent that any or all of the PI submitted by you may be held and used by the Promoter and other companies within the Promoter’s group of companies (details of which are available at http://www.brown-forman.com/) or the Promoter’s agents, partners or licensees, to contact you in relation to the promotion and to further promote, to consider ways of improving, and to send you information about, Jack Daniel’s products and services by email and as otherwise set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy, which is available at https://www.brown-forman.com/privacy-policy/. Your PI will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which contains information about how to access and correct PI that the Promoter holds about you, and how complaints can be made and will be resolved. If you do not provide all of the requested information you may be ineligible for the promotion and/or the Promoter may be unable to contact you with additional offers. Your PI may be transferred to the United States and may be shared with third-party service providers who process your PI in the United States or Australia solely to enable the provision of services to the Promoter. Your PI may be transferred to another company or entity in the event that any part of the Promoter’s business is transferred to, sold to or merged with a company or entity or if the Promoter is required to do so by law, regulation or at the request of a public authority. If in the future, you do not wish to receive further communications from Jack Daniel’s and would prefer to be removed from its databases, if you simply wish to make corrections to your PI or if you have a complaint (which we will endeavor to resolve within a reasonable time), please write to: [email protected].
