  • It discusses drinking by anyone under the legal drinking age in a positive light
  • It portrays over-consumption or irresponsible drinking in a positive light
  • It endorses drinking while driving, operating any type of machinery, or engaging in other types of activity that requires concentration to avoid injury
  • It implies that drinking alcohol results in any type of medical benefits or aids a person sexually
  • It implies that any drink is good because it has a high alcohol content
  • It condemns anyone who chooses not to drink alcohol
  • It discusses drinking alcohol in relation to any type of illegal or anti-social behavior
  • It features copyrighted logos, products or characters other than our brands
  • It contains offensive language or gestures; or could be seen as offensive on the basis of gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, or culture; or is a personal attack on another user, individual or company

We are also committed to gaining proper permission to share User Generated Content on our branded social media platforms. If you agree to allow Brown-Forman to share your image on our social media channels, you affirm that your image complies as below:

• You own the rights to the image.

• Your image must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;

• You must have permission from all individuals that appear in the image to use their name and likeness in the image, and to grant the right for us to use the image.

• The image must not show anyone under the legal drinking age for your market.
